Right, if you get the message:

Then just run "hdcomp -verifyfix kinst.chd" and "hdcomp -verifyfix kinst2.chd" on the images.
If you use my tools with the new hdcomp you will get the correct md5's straight away now (Aaron and I fixed a small inconsistency in the calculations).
