No new MAME, so minor tidy-up to use latest roms, i.e MS3 V2 redump and KOF2k V3.

Get TourMAME 0.56.4 source HERE.
Please mail me and tell me how to improve it.

Cleaned up/Optimised code, nothing major. Corrected a few small typos.
I suppose I should point out that kof2000 and mslug3 don't work (kof2000n and mslug3n do!) and that you probably want "MAKE -f test.mak" to compile in the TESTDRIVERS.
For those who like to compile your own. Don't distribute binaries!

Figured out all MSlug3 problems were all caused by incomplete neocrypt.c tables.
Extracted completed tables from Kawaks 1.38 (Hope Mr. K doesn't mind).
Also patched Zupapa!, Sengoku 3, NITD, KOF2000 to allow console mode (Not needed for MS3).

Updated source to include "Metal Slug 3 (not encrypted)", "Zupapa!", "Zupapa! (decrypted)", "The King of Fighters 2000 (not encrypted)", "Sengoku 3" and "Strikers 1945 Plus".
(KOF2000 is perfect, thanks to Ryo of NMAMEX II). MS3 suffers from incomplete decryption table (Instructions and Flying level) and also the s (Foreground) data is incompletely emulated, if anyone who knows how this works could mail me I'd be grateful.
